Both in classroom training, but of course also in digital form, ”says Lackinger.

Last but not least, the increased home office share in recent months has given the acceptance of digital learning another massive boost. Lackinger: “Learning anywhere and at any time allows you to work on your own qualifications even in a busy day-to-day work.” For employers, besides efficient and documentable knowledge transfer, a tailor-made digital learning environment also offers measurable learning success – “and thus not only the security that compulsory training has been completed, but a competitive advantage thanks to an optimally trained workforce,” concluded Lackinger.
